Book Rolling Stone Mobile Woodfired Pizza at your venue?

We are confident that your guests will be impressed with our service, setup and our food!

Our aim is to ensure that you will be able to relax and enjoy yourself, without worrying about coordinating the food, or making sure that everyone has enough to eat!   We also cater for special dietary requirements for a minimum number of guests at no extra cost. (Large numbers will incur a surcharge)   You can book either the Food Truck or the Trailer for your next event.   The Food Truck is a full commercial kitchen on wheels and is available for private functions.  Our pizzas are created and cooked fresh from our mobile kitchen and served straight to you. The Italian Wood Fire Pizza Oven can cook up to 5 pizzas in 90 seconds.   The trailer includes catering grade surfaces, and all ingredients are stored within a refrigerated Bain Marie and on-board fridge to ensure the highest quality product for our clients. Our Italian Wood Fire Pizza Oven can cook up to 5 pizzas in 90 seconds.  We source our produce from local businesses wherever possible, using only the freshest and best ingredients.

PIZZA PACKAGES (MINIMUM 60 ADULTS)

Our packages are designed to ensure your guests are never left hungry!

We will serve your selected range of 11 inch pizzas to a table located near the food truck or trailer, where your guests can help themselves smorgasbord style.

Paper plates and serviettes are included.

Packages start from $22 per head including GST.

*** Please note that by booking Rolling Stone Pizza for your event you agree to accept the below terms and conditions.

• TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Quote includes: Pizzas, plates and serviettes and our team of two to cook and serve from a table situated next to the truck or trailer.
  • Should you require the pizzas to be placed at a different location than a table next to the food truck or trailer, additional charges will apply for wait staff.
  • Food Service times for the Basic and Standard packages are up to 2 hours, and up to 3 hours for the Gourmet package. Should you wish to extend the food service times additional charges apply. We reserve the right to pack down once all pizzas have been served or at the allocated time. Any delays to the agreed starting times which result in an extension of service times will be charged at $80 per hour or part thereof.
  • Additional charges apply for functions more than 1 hour of travel from Brisbane CBD. Travel is charged at $80 per hour (or part thereof).
  • The Food Truck is 6.4m L x 3.1m H x 2.3m W. We require off street parking on level ground in order to cater for your event. We reserve the right to decline service if the area provided is deemed unsafe or hazardous to our staff.
  • The Trailer is 4.5m L x 2.2m H x 2.3m W.  Once in place, we set up a 3x3 pop up gazebo in front of the trailer so we require a total serving space of 4.5x5m. We require off street parking on level ground in order to cater for your event. We reserve the right to decline service if the area provided is deemed unsafe or hazardous to our staff.
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure your requested date. Deposit will not be refunded if booking is cancelled with less than 30 days’ notice.
  • Payment in full is due no later than 2 weeks prior to your event date.
  • Minimum charge of 60 adults applies for package catering options. Please note that we will gladly attend a smaller event if the minimum charge is met.
  • If onsite power is not available an additional charge of $50 for Generator Usage applies
