The original set up, our mobile pizza trailer has been "Rolling In" to markets, parties, corporate events and fetes all over Brisbane and surrounding areas.

A smaller footprint to the truck, the trailer is perfect for private parties, corporate catering, markets and fetes. The set up can be configured with the trailer at the rear, or on the side, depending on the space.

Our trailer includes catering grade surfaces, and all ingredients are stored within a refrigerated Bain Marie and on-board fridge to ensure the highest quality product for our clients.

The trailer is fully self-sufficient, providing its own power and water supplies.

The trailer is Licensed to operate throughout Brisbane City & Moreton Bay Council areas, has a 5 Star Eat Safe Rating, and public liability insurance to $20M.

The trailer is 4.5m long (including drawbar) x 2.3m wide x 2.2m high and requires a level surface on which to operate.
