PZA001 - The first wood fired pizza food truck to hit the streets of Brisbane, is built on the Renault Master Cab Platform.
It features a lower serving height window, allowing customers to watch their pizza cooking in the wood fire oven.
Showcasing an Italian made wood-fired pizza oven that’s big and fast enough to cook multiple pizzas in around 90 seconds, a full commercial grade kitchen including a fryer, plus extra refrigeration providing the flexibility to offer a variety of catering options to compliment the pizzas.
PZA001 is 6.4m long x 2.3m wide x 3.1m high and requires a level surface on which to operate.
The truck is fully self-sufficient, providing its own power and water supplies.
Licensed to operate throughout QLD, it also has a 5 Star Eat Safe Rating and public liability insurance to $20M.

PZA002 - The latest edition to the Rolling Stone Family is built on a Mercedes Benz Cab Chassis.
It's unique design features a higher ground clearance and bespoke extension platform which can be utilised by the team to create additional space during large events and festivals.
